"I had already let the manager know my concerns. The light around the mirror in the bathroom did not light up all the way. I told the front staff and he didn’t believe me. He kept trying to tell me what to do. I told him that I did that and the light is not coming on brightly. The sink facet in the bathroom did not stay on. I had to prop it up with a towel. "

"Very disappointed! Two towels, room was not cleaned daily, very few options for breakfast, no fruit, shower head broken, mattress super lumpy and old, horrible lighting, pool closed, no Kleenex, overall horrible. "

"When I tried to check in around 8pm there was a note on the door saying the staff was away and would return in awhile. After waiting 20 minutes along with other travelers, the staff member reappeared at the front desk for checkin. Absolutely unacceptable. Doubtful that she went through any hospitality training. "

"Room looked clean. Smelled like cigarettes. The ac/heater wall thermostat control was not working good so super hot. So when brushing my teeth there was a roach in the sink. Staff the younger guy with long hair he was hospitable. The lady that was there Saturday morning she was not. Pretty rude. "

"I would NOT recommend this hotel even for a homeless person. The room was nasty and we left and found elsewhere to stay. Will never return. "

"Staff was wonderful!! Front check in lady was great and welcoming. Only downfall, pool & hot tub was not working at the time. Hotel was under current renovation which will be great. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options!"
