「Excellent resort style facilities including a huge beautiful pool and an XL jacuzzi. However, there was an upcharge on almost everything, late checkout, lower floors, room not facing the parking lot, room with a little balcony and no breakfast at all. The rooms were up to date and very clean, but there were few surfaces to put your bag or travelling stuff on. This and the 'harried' service lowers this to being more like a HOTEL, than a longer (vacation ) stay Resort. Location excellent, short...

「It’s definitely a unique property as far as decor (old west theme), but the property had all the amenities required for a family reunion. The lobby bar staff was very attentive and fun, there are restaurants on site and a clean pool and workout area. Very close to all The Villages activities we had planned and a short walk / golf cart ride to the exciting Brownwood Square for nightly live music and restaurants and shops! Recommended! Also very reasonable pricing per night.」

「I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!」

「The property needs an upgrade. The ac units didn't function properly, bedding seemed old and worn, elevator was malfuctioning as it had to be opened and closed by hand, and the air conditioning in the lobby was not working.」

「DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We reserved and paid for a king bed, only to get there and be told that they didn't have any king beds. They tried to give us 2 queens and we would've accepted that, only to find out they were actually full size beds. To top it all of it was filthy and dirty. There were holes in the walls and doors didn't shut all the way. I felt very unsafe so much so that we asked for a refund and went and stayed at a different hotel. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.」

「Let’s see, the lock on the outside of the door looked broken or tampered with. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was so loose I had to use both hands to use it (one hand to hold it steady to the sink and the other to turn the water on. The bed was actually clean and decent. I did check for bugs considering everything else, but thankfully found none. The mattress however was so firm that wooden planks felt softer. It did appear to have a pillow top at one point, but that has disintegrated...
