Very clean and convenient - it’s got all you need to stay in clicking kitchen, refrigerator, stove, bathroom. It also has bbq grill and picnic table. Just across the street from the lake, and a few minutes walk to Dollar General. If you drive 15minutrs are so, there are restaurants and other stores.

As we pulled up to the parking lot at check-in time 3pm, I received a call from the front desk that the air conditioner was frozen. It was 106° outside, no way I was going to stay there. I cancelled my stay. At 7pm, I received another call that the a/c was working now. Too late, we had already settled in to my cousin's RV. The next morning, I cancelled that night's stay as well because we weren't about to pack everything up again just to settling in to that RV. Seemed pointless and too much trouble. I received a text from the front desk that I was going to be charged for one night's stay. I told them it wasn't my fault that the a/c wasnt working. And I cancelled my 2nd night stay with plenty of time to rent it out to someone else. The nerve of them!! As soon as you walk in to the front desk, you get welcomed with the smell of smoke. I carried that smell with me to the car because my family members could smell it. I was disappointed with this RV Park and I don't recommend staying there.

The property was conveniently located across a road to the lake with a good view of the lake. The road noise could be quite disturbing during the night. There was a pool which was nice and the owner was very friendly and gave us some charcoal to use. The RV itself needed a good clean and some TLC and most of the lights did not working. There were stains on the chair covers that could have easily been taken off and washed. The TV would only work if you wanted to view a DVD. I would NOT recommend anyone staying here.

We just stayed one night between Death Valley and Fresno. We wanted to spend some time at Lake Isabella. The drive around the lake was beautiful. The RV we stayed at was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. I would stay there again if in the area.

My party and I were staying at another place and decided we wanted to stay near Lake Isabella another night. There were no more rooms available except one so I grabbed it. I didnt even read the details about it(even thought it was posted clearly). When we got there I learned we had rented out an RV. It was so much fun. It was perfect for us. Comfy, clean had air conditioning working shower, stover, refrigerator and toilet. There were 3 of us and it even had a pull out bed. It was more comfy than the room we stayed at the night before. The pool was super clean and didnt smell like it was over done with chlorine. There wasn't a tv (which we didnt care, we werent there to watch tv anyway) however, there was wifi if you needed it. The front desk lady was really nice and checking in and out were very easy. Yes, there are other people living there but they were also nice an helpful. We will definitely be back!

Check in was smooth with a very nice lady. Price was great at $65/night. I was assigned to a 5th wheel. Good points: huge fridge and freezer, AC was excellent as was the heater the next morning and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The not so good points: It was not very clean with small bits of food in the sink strainer and debris in many spots on the floor. The sink in the bathroom had zero hot water and the cold water come on in spurts. There is no TV, but I could stream programs with my computer, even though there were only two bars of strength showing. I did not use the shower or kitchen, so can't comment on them. The park, at least where my 5th wheel was located, is noisy. Several loud motorcycles coming and going and there were dogs barking almost all night long. The price was right, but doubt I would stay here again.

Bathroom door needs fixing. Will not Close all the way. Hot water supply Running out. Please post instructions For hot water use in the shower. 3Bunk beds needs adjustment to only 2 beds . So adult can use the lower Level.

It was a good stay, needs a little extra cleaning, no hot water but for 100+ degrees it worked with the cold water, no toiletries so bring everything you need, good thing is a dollar general is within a walking distance, it has a stove where you can cook meals if you need to, there's a few pots and pans also dishes to use, quiet place, A/C was A+, big issue is the restrooms by the pool, they need an emergency cleaning, looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while, good experience I would say and will be back again.

Our stay was comfortable even though the trailer was a little broken in a lot of aspect but everything was somehow working. Can't complain to much for the price. The only thing was that they forgot to make all the bed necessary to accommodate everybody and some of the blankets weren't spotless. Overall good value for the money but some small improvements could be made.

This was our first experience staying in a travel trailer. Overall, it was interesting. Because of the age and abuse by previous people staying there, some of the things were broken/didn't work well- door screen, door lock, shower switch (so that the water would route to the shower head). However, the manager was extremely helpful and we were able to use the showers in the pool area. We didn't need to use the A/C, but the heater definitely kept things nice and toasty.

For me it was Quite Calmness away from the City life up the southside Sierra Mountain range by a Lake. The Perfect Happy RV Camper Getaway. Minutes from popular destination spots such as Kernsville. Fishing and Boating A Plus!

The people that work there were very friendly and accommodating really nice people. The fifth wheel I stayed in was really nice super clean and comfortable. The property is okay. Some of the spaces were really nice for people that are traveling but the residents there a lot of the places are run down and very dirty. A little sprucing up would go a long long way

Great place for a getaway weekend
We really enjoyed our stay. The lake was about 300 yards away. Our unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our dog loved the country side and playing in the lake while we were there. .
