"The person who checked me in had an attitude, then gave me a room with the bathroom with a smell, i did not get my "breakfast included" for my stay. The lady i did tell about the bathroom did move me to another room but when i got back after a long day there was no hot water. Needless to say definitely staying with Sonesta again. Great location, the lobby is nice. Bought breakfast which was good and my waitress was attentive."

"It was ok for a night close to the airport but not great. My room was clean but there were a bunch of food crumbs in the hallway right in front of my door. The overhead lightbulb was out in the bathroom. And there was no shelf for toiletries in the shower, so you had to just put the shampoo and soap on the floor and bend down to grab anything. Good thing my knees still sort of work! Nothing terrible but everything a little off."

"I stayed in Room 106, and I found the conditions to be quite disappointing. The room felt muggy throughout my stay, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with rust present at the bottom of the door. Additionally, the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to accumulate during use. Given the price of over $400 for the weekend, I expected much better conditions. I'm not satisfied with my experience."

"There was a strong smell in the room as we walked in. Luckily, there was a window that we were able to open and that helped a lot. Toilet seat was dirty, there were some spots all over it and I had to clean it. Bathroom floor also dirty, like it wasn’t even swept. Breakfast was poor, although it was stated it was a continental one so it was to be expected. We heard gun shots outside twice at 3 am. When it came time to go to bed I noticed a strong smell of pee by the bed. Discovered it was actually the mattress. Uncovered the sheets and the mattress was stained yellow and with a horrible smell of pee. By this time it was late into the night and I was tired so I just slept on the other bed and did not ask to be switched to another room. I would not recommend this place and certainly would not be staying there again."
