"Not what I expected"

"The breakfast was poor, eggs weren't done properly, sausage was cold. A little closer attention to the cooking is need, I threw mine out."

"Overall, okay stay at the hotel. Unfortunately had to change rooms twice due to the air condition not working in two of the rooms we were moved to. The bed and sheets could’ve been more comfortable. However, the positives were nice bar area, food was great, and customer service promptly helped with the inconvenience of having to change rooms."

"Where do you start. Checked in, no problem, decent room, etc. Come in from work, Day 2. Bed not made, floor not swept, no clean towels. I took dirty towels to front desk, exchanged for clean ones. Day 3, came in from work, bed was not made, floor had not been swept, but did get clean towels. I stripped sheets off bed, took them downstairs to front desk. Just ses like the houskeeping staff was a little lax."
