「Clean room and polite attentive staff 」

「All staff was great from the front desk, housekeepers, to the breakfast attendant. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Easy parking. 」

「No very unprofessional needs updated and cleaned up shower was nasty and stained there were roaches in the room air conditioning didn’t work properly will never stay there again 」

「Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay...

「The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff incredibly friendly. Would stay here again if in the area!」

「The room had a bad smoke smell, the bathroom had a big hole in the wall. There was roaches in the bathroom the water in the tub came out brown. 」

「The staff is amazing here. So friendly and professional. My only issue was the smell of old wood or mildew. I suggest packing slippers and air freshener. Definitely a nice place for a few day stay and convenient location. I would stay again.」

「The dog park was nice. They had bags there for you and there was no fee for the dogs. I had hair in my bathtub. We stayed the weekend. They didn’t get a room cleaned so we had to be in the room while they got our room cleaned and they didn’t even pick up all the trash when we were in there and so we just got towels so that they wouldn’t be in our room while we were trying to relax. That would be kind of the only downside was that the cleaning staff was really slow. They were when we got there....
