「We came to Hartwell for a long weekend to see ByWater Call at the High Cotton Music Hall, right down the street, and also celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. This property is very convenient to the venue and to the restaurants we ate at. 「This is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Booked a non smoking room and it obviously wasnt. The room was in bad shape to begin with and the AC unit started leaking a couple days into my stay. A shelf had fallen off the wall and not put back up, shower curtain falling off the wall, tub was peeling and took a while to drain. The mattress was in bad shape and paint peeling off the ceiling. 」

「Room was very clean, the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the elevator was down so I had to use the stairs & I was on the 3rd floor. Other than that the stay was great! Will definitely be coming back when I take my annual trip to Anderson.」

「It's a nice place with some nice outside areas as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better! The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern.... Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite. This is still and has always been our first choice to stay in Anderson when we're in town for the Clemson...
