「Staff was very nice and accommodating!」

「This Hampton is close to Hartwell Lake, shopping area with restaurants, & downtown Hartwell. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities include in-room coffee, fridge, couch seating area, full breakfast in the morning, swimming pool and easy parking.」

「The room had a somewhat stale and musty odor. Running the air helped. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was small. The room was dark, even with all the lights turned on. The mirror over the sink was not well lit for applying makeup. The carpet in our room had a torn place in it that my husband said was probably caused by drunk college students. I liked the fact that dogs were not allowed on the property. Breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was weak.」

「We were just passing through; so, it’s really hard to comment on the amenities. The room was very clean. The mattress felt new. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I will say the water temperature was extremely hot and I had to basically turn it off and on to shower. That would be my only concern. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.」

Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning.
