The room felt dirty when we walked in. As we made our way through we could tell that the staff had done a poor a job. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. There were no bath towels,l, only 4 hand towels and very little toilet paper. The sink was very dirty. A lot of what appeared to be pubic hair and the bed looked as if the covers had been quickly pulled up, making me question if the sheets were clean. When I went down to tell the front desk, the staff was helpful and tried all she could. She did offer another room but it was a much smaller room and smelled bad. I finally asked if she could provide towels, bedding for the sleeper and new sheets. She accommodated my request, apologized and said the manager would be at the desk in the morning if I wanted to stop by. So I did. The manager was very rude, wouldn’t look me in the eye. Never apologized and said she couldn’t do anything because I made my reservations through Expedia. So, here I am. Clearly this experience is not your fault but I’m sure you want to hear about your customers experience to make decisions about continued relationships with hotel partners. Thanks for listening.
