"There was a piece of rubber missing under the door leaving a hole at the bottom. The walls are very thin with us hearing the St patrick days party loudly at a nearby bar. Also the shampoo walls dispenser was missing in the shower. we were very disappointed in our skin."

"The building has potential to be great. Some updates to the rooms would be very helpful. Our towels, sheets, and pillow cases had stains most of the time. Not the most clean but got us by. We also got in the hot tub and it bleached my swim suit. Unfortunately, wouldn’t stay again. "

"Location is hard to find. The hotel is tucked behind another hotel. The breakfast was terrible choices just break and some dairy products. They do however have an a la carte that you have to pay. They don’t clean your room nor supply your bathroom amenities unless you ask. The bathroom door doesn’t lock and main door latch doesn’t work room 446. I thought since it is a little unknown hotel, I would be pleasantly surprised but it was a big disappointment. The only good thing about this hotel is, its close location to the outlet mall and the parking was complementary."
