The apartment itself was really very nice, but the service was poor — check in was a long wait, then I was told the apartment was not ready for another hour (despite me arriving at 5pm past the check in time promised), the check in agent was very poor and not very welcoming. He didn’t mention anything of importance, I had to ask a manager for a room as he was not helpful. There was no cleaning offered during the stay, they put me on a text list but the agent at check in didn’t tell me I would have to send messages to international number for help at $2.50 per message — such a poor system, it should instead be on a platform like WhatsApp not with text message. The apartment upon arrival had barely any soap, they had not refilled the containers — a small thing which was not acceptable for this price point.
Overall, it was a 4/5 stay which came down to 2.5-3/5 after the staffing issues which made me feel like it was a budget chain hotel not a bespoke resort.
