"Cute place and great location. These are different buildings, so you may be walking or driving to the main building for breakfast or hot water if you’re not a coffee drinker. I was the victim of a bait and switch -I had booked a premium room yet was checked into a standard with no mention of it. Very disappointing. The team did respond promptly and offer resolution , although that room type was not available. They claim it is under renovation, which to me means they baited me with a premium room picture and slid me into a regular room hoping I wouldn’t notice. The standard room was nice and clean. My only issue is the bathroom. It is nice but very small. And the only private area if you are sharing the room. It’s too small to dress in. The shower took at least 5 min to warm and didn’t drain well. Which means I stood in ice water to shower. Toilet also had little water pressure. Hot tub closed at 7."

"Staff tried to argue me about my bookings when I showed her that what my Expedia said and what here booking said was incorrect. They then told me I had to contact Expedia. Which I tried 3 times and never got through so I tried calling back to speak with a manager and I am still waiting on a call from the manager 2 days later."

"We enjoyed Cow Elk trotting past us to the Lake upon our arrival as we spoke with Aaron the onsite property manager. Our rooms were rustic opening unto a deck where we comfortably enjoyed watching the Elk play in the water, graze and settle down in a cluster of trees before moving on. Aaron could easily be a tour guide. His passion for the area is palpable. We followed his advice and were not disappointed by the routes, views and numerous elk that we encountered during our short stay. We are looking forward to returning at some point in the future. Once you experience the area it’s hard not to want to see more. What a place to unwind ;) Planning a return visit - Rut or Migration… Hmmm - tough choice Love the shoulder season."
