The hotel is older and short on frills. No ice machines and very small refrigerators. I was on a bottom floor so I heard all the walking and suitcases scraping the floor above me. Very basic and dated but comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I paid $412 for one night and there was only a roll of toilet paper started, the room smelled bad, I didn't even have a bottle of water and they gave us the room until 5:00 pm because at 4:00 pm when we arrived it was still not clean,

The floors were dirty upon arrival. They were sticky and spots were visible on the floor. It was quite loud. There seemed to be very little in the way of a noise barrier between rooms and outside.

Trip on 09/07/26 to Estes Park. We were a group of 14, divided in 4 rooms. We arrived late and I was told that they close the lobby at 8:00 PM and that we have to pick up the keys in a diferent facility they send me that noficacion though Expedia Message. Our room do not have a single towel, as wells several light bulbs were not working. Breakfast was only cereal, coffee and yogurt. Disappointed with the amenities. Overall the room was clean.

The Outpost looks to be recently remodeled- very cute mid century modern style to the room. Our room did not have any hangers which was a bummer since we couldn’t hang our clothes. Otherwise overall a pretty great place!

I had a water leak in my room from an adjoining room. I was moved to another room on the 2nd level. Both rooms had improvements, but the property itself is old and it shows. Very convenient location to the town, and a place to sleep, that’s about all I can say about this hotel. Would look at other properties if ever in the area again.
