"The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. "

They are most reasonable with their prices. We’ve stayed at the holiday hotel down the road, for over twice the price. Couldn’t been happier with our stay here . "Im no first class flyer but this place is the worse place ive stayed in all across the country. Checked in at 3, came back at 11pm to a dirty room, waited 40 mins to come back in to a still dirty room with "fresh" sheets. Didnt stay the 2nd night. Took 40 mins to have hot water in the shower, this place is a joke look elsewhere unless your just paying for the hour "

"Check in person was pleasant and helpful. No handle on bathroom faucet. Shower sprayed outside of shower curtain all over the floor. Bath mat to dry the floor. Only 2 bath towels. I used one to clean the floor around the refrigerator. Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Ice built up in it. Cooling good. Beds comfortable and clean. "
