「Terrible hotel…. Charged my card an hour before the check-in time and then when I got there, there was blood on the curtains. The lobby smelled like mold and when I went back to the check-in and told them that I wasn’t staying, I got no refund.」

「We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....
