"My cabin was a step back in time. Everything was clean and maintained, except the door lock. I could not get my door to lock from the inside, but there was a security latch at the top that I used instead of the deadbolt. I was satisfied with my stay. The room had a slight musty smell that might bother someone with allergies, but the air conditioning made it quite tolerable for me."

"When I arrived, they did not have the room I had reserved, but instead pulled together a room being repaired that had a King Mattress and placed a Double mattress on the floor. The reserved room was to have 2 doubles. The TV did not work, and the sink leaked water onto the bathroom floor. The shower had no curtain, AC unit made a terrible clicking noise with the running fan. I had no other options, and nowhere to go, the Manager (new) did his best to get me something that would work. Basically, a clean bed to sleep on. "

"The wall above the bed was very dusty, same issue as 2 years ago. It agitated our allergies, aggravating but not horrible. There was also hair on the bathroom walls."

"The shower needs to be steam cleaned. My husband said on the way home he would have to bring a cleaning solution to stay there again. I do not believe it is from lack of cleaning, showers often need a refresh after many many uses. Take into consideration there is no fresh ventilation in there, that just adds to the problem. Once the shower is steamed, I think you will see a world of difference although new caulking might be necessary. Other than the shower, the room is clean and fresh. The staff at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful. The kitchen staff is always cheerful and do a wonderful job setting up breakfast. We stay there every year when we can get reservations for the Gatornationals because it is convenient to get to the track and we have always been comfortable. The shower really just needs attention, again, not because of the cleaning staff, it needs a deep cleaning."
