「The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. 」

「We stayed at the White House which was huge with its own pool and ocean view. The house is modern and beautiful and they bring you breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend」

「We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. Sandra took us to see two other units we could choose...

「The Farm is a small boutique hotel. We stayed in family room for 6 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly with personalized service. The breakfast menu is small but offers everything you need for healthy, delicious meals and they prepare food to your liking. We didn't use the pool as it was cold outside but it looked very clean. The hotel has small banana plantation and you can enjoy eating bananas grown in there. There are also chicken and rabbits...

「Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「Stayed here for six days in early February. It was terrific. Comfortable modern room. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. I found it very quiet. Bathroom was great w rainshower. The windows opened and heating/air quiet and effective. Beautifully remodeled old building w lovely history. Close to grocery, city center and large harbor. Patricia was kind, helpful and non intrusive. Perfect for me. 」

「This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. 」
