I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return "

Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out. I would highly recommend this accommodation & will definitely be staying with them again in any of the countries they are located."
