「Hotel was a little dated, our room was nice but the bathroom needs updating. The room must not have been used for a while (4th floor Rm 405) when we turned on the water in the sink, it gurgled and came out black... It turned to clear water after a couple of seconds... Not a good way to start, but the room was nice, bed was comfortable.」

「Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area.」

「The bar/restaurant downstairs had a good selection of liquor, but the kitchen was closed by the time I got there. I was able to grab a drink & sit on the porch. The room was great, the staff was friendly - would definitely consider this for a trip to Milford or the Delaware Water Gap or surrounding areas.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.」
