「Buen hotel a las afueras del centro de Madrid, bastante tranquilo, habitaciones pequeñas pero prácticas, quizás le falte un armario para guardar la ropa.」

「The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. 」

「Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.」

「Everything is perfect except the shower room. 浴室很容易積水，不容易排出，洗澡上有很大困難」

「At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...

「Bastante bien, tiene un supermercado a una cuadra, lo cual resuelve muy bien, muy amable el staff!」

「Concierge Maria outstanding. Would do anything for you to help you.」

「備品不足，設備有點老舊，離鬧區有一段距離，看似在ATOCH 車站旁，但要走進到車站要走10~15分鐘。」

「Caterina Río is a modern building in a nice neighborhood. Easy to go around the city by metro or bus. The check in was smooth and easy. The problem is once you are in. The studio apartment was nice but super hot and not well cleaned. It was 80 degrees inside. I called and spoke with 3 different costumer service representatives, neither one was helpful. They told me that because it was Saturday, I needed to wait until Monday for service on the unit. Then I used their 24/7 chat box to ask for...
