The ascetic no-frills format of this Marriott Bonvoy hotel fits right into the hip Atocha barrio vibe even if there is only water available in the lounge area. Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work!

A new clean hotel within 5 minute walk of Mendez Alfaro subway and C10 lines. Basic rooms, but everything one needs. Seems to cater to both tourists and business travellers. Excellent selection of restaurants - at the end of the street and across Av. Mendez Alfaro - mostly all-day.I'd stay there again if in Madrid.

There were restaurants in walking distance. The room is clean, I had a cute patio. My only complaint is the price. In Canadian dollars this was a very expensive stay, for just a basic room. You can find much better deals outside of Madrid.

Room was immaculate. Bathroom-shower was ingeniously designed. Second day no floor towel was left for after shower, but cleaning service made up my bed and left the room tidy. Loved seeing the eco- room card which regulated the light. Lots of functioning tv channels!
