"Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and spacious. Traveling with a dog. Nice out door area to walk him. Bags are provided for pick up. Nearby bin to drop it in. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walk to mall. With many shops. Only there for one night, so didn't really get to check them out. Breakfast okay. The usual fare. Cereal, yogurt , fruits, pastries, coffee. They did offer made to order breakfast sandwiches, Small fee for breakfast items Would definitely stay again."

"This was an amazing experience. The staff was superb and easy to work with. The hotel itself was very nice!"

"Location to the areas of interest was great. The hotel rooms were well appointed and well kept. The indoor pool was just the right size for our grandson and was in good condition. However, the shower drained slow, the refrigerator door was challenging to open and close because of the tray underneath (had to lift refrigerator above the tray while trying to open the door) and in one of the rooms in our party the commode would not flush as long as the shower was running. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, coffee, a pancake maker that made pancakes so flat that you have to have two to make one. Only apples for the fruit, unknown brand of yogurt (watery), cereal and instant oatmeal packets. NO MEATS! But, overall, the family enjoyed our short stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel…it is in close proximity to a Waffle House and Crackerbarrel as well as other restaurants and businesses!"

"The hotel was average/ mediocre at best. The amenities are outdated and need renovation. The room which was a suite for a family of 5, was not very spacious. Very small bathtub and shower combination that did not divert the water all the way to the shower head. The pool was almost unheated, on the smaller side, and offered no hot tub for adults to relax in. The hotel attempted to be courteous and gave us water and cookie sandwiches BUT they only gave 2 waters and 2 cookies for 3 children and 2 adults. The breakfast in the morning was an expected continental breakfast which had hot and cold food options. They did have vouchers for made to order breakfast but we did not use them. We also arrived too late for the dinner and drinks offered so I do not know the quality of the food. There is Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse offered for in room dining or in restaurant, but no other on site dining for later dinner or snacks. For the amount charged for the room I expected everything to be on more of a luxury upend scale, but everything seemed to be no different than every other hotel in the area except there were a few more business men around in the lobby. "

"The room was so nice and everyone there was super friendly. With it being on Chestnut, there was a lot of traffic noise. The indoor pool is not heated and was FREEEEEZING. "
