「For the price, this hotel wasn’t bad overall. Parking was easy, the patio was nice, and the room was fairly clean. Unfortunately, the customer service from the staff was unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. First, I reported that the ice maker in my room was not working. I was told someone would come by that next day to fix it, but no one ever did. Later, I requested additional toilet paper and towels.
