「This was a terrible stay. My husband and I got into our room and it was so hot and the AC until did not work. There was also garbage left from someone else. We switched rooms however then in the new room a dirty towel had been left in the bathroom, hair on the shower curtain, and hair in the towels. It was absolutely disgusting. My husband also bought water and a soda from the vending machine and they were warmer than room temperature. The water also expired in September. When we checked out...

「Needs an update. Lighting was poor. Flooring was warped. Couch/loveseat needs to be tossed and replaced.」

「The address to (quality inn) brought us to an abandoned boarded up building. I called them twice to ask where the hotel is. They told us it was by a pizza pub. and it was no longer quality inn but now comfort inn,We drove to the pizza pub but it was not there. We drove around and around but could not find it. We directions from a different hotel to find it across the road from the abandoned building.」

「The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.」

「The hotel was located in a lovely rural area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made recommendations of places to eat and even followed up with us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to this part of Wisconsin.」
