I stayed in a whirlpool suite with my kids, 3 & 5. The decor is water themed & little kitschy but my kids absolutely loved it. Facility is older & could use a facelift in parts—spots on walls needing paint and chairs could be reupholstered, but everything seemed very clean. The tub was nice size, jets worked well, no problems with water temp or leaks. Bed was comfortable w/plenty of pillows. The lobby pool was closed during our stay but 4th floor aquatic area and pool/hot tub were open. My kids had a blast on the kid area with the 2 tunnel waterslides and all the sea animals that shoot out water. They played up there a good several hrs. There was a smaller slide for younger toddlers that was closed off as the slide covering was peeled/tore up (as mentioned, areas of facility in need of some reno) but main kiddie area was open and functioning fine. Pool was well stocked with towels & water in both kid area and pool was comfortable temp. The hot tub was nice and toasty but was definitely in need of resurfacing. Maybe 2nd floor pool is being renovated and the 4th floor pool area is next? There’s a bar by the pool with menu showing very reasonable prices but it was not open—guessing only open in high season. Arcade is by the pool. ALL of the games were in good working condition and pricing was much more reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. Prize/ticket exchange was automated which was fun for the kids. Great value choice for stay if you have younger kids

Staff was friendly at check in. The room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. My 3 year olds loved the waterpark. It was age appropriate. We had so much fun during our stay. Location is great as it is close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Our tv had some troubles but maintenance came very quickly and replaced the tv late at night. We will definitely be back!

My stay at the Atlantis resort with my children was absolutely amazing the room is great the only downside was that there was Are you seriously not writing everything oh you are okay supposedly a leak in the hot tub that was leaking down on the neighbors unit I'm going to tell you that it was a very huge inconvenience to move four days worth of food since I cook and bring most my supplies for these trips especially in the apartment Suites

I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite and had a very good experience overall. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small.

We stayed here as a family of 10 and had a great experience overall—definitely a 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept, and the master suite was extremely spacious. It was large enough for all of us to gather and celebrate a birthday comfortably. The highlight of our stay was the front desk gentleman. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and polite, and even called our room to check if we needed anything such as extra towels. His customer service stood out tremendously and made us feel very welcomed.

Room looked run down. Damage throughout the hotel. Website stated pool open 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. The sign outside stated pool open late. When we tried to use the pool we were kicked out at 9:00pm and were told rudely pool close 9:00 and I think that was the only english they new how to speak. A group of us have stayed there for years. We will be finding a new place to stay.

We had the family suite which is great for having a gathering of 9-12 people. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a leak in the ceiling from the hot tub in the room above us that leaked in our hot tub. The jets on the our hot tub didn't work and the fireplace timer didn't work either but overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again if the hot tubs got fixed.

Overall stay was okay. The rooms are definitely outdated. We stayed January 23 2025. Parking lots were slick and definitely a safety hazard. Kids running up and down the hallways all hours of the night. 1 of 3 indoor pools were closed. It was an okay place for the price.
