Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the amenities did not work- our tv and remote were not working , laundry was not working , we had to plug the fridge and microwave in ourselves . Overall we did enjoy it mostly because we got all the space to ourselves .

My room had toenails on the floor and the tv when moved had crumbs underneath, the beds were clean but everything else was in poor condition. The pool had the floor coming up and the hot tub was not as warm as it should have been. When letting the front desk know about my dirty room that advised that the housekeeping was too busy to vacuum…I will never stay there again

Best thing about the property was its location. Centrally located. Most attractions were within minutes in either direction. The suite was roomy but the TVs were oddly located in a recessed shelf in the wall that prevented it from being viewed anywhere but on the couch. The bathroom didn't have a fan which seemed odd. Initially the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but after housekeeping sprayed the room it helped a bit. For the cost of the suite, the stay was just so-so. Probably won't book another stay here.

This was a great place to escape for spring break without breaking the bank. However, the facility needs some updates. For families with larger groups, the rooms could benefit from bigger refrigerators. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay.

If you're looking for a place to sleep while visiting other attractions, the affordable price is worth it. But do not count on much else. Of 3 pools, only one is open. The kiddie area is so ice cold no one can enjoy it, the slides are peeling and taped off. The hot tub is dirt stained. The basketball hoop in non existent. The pool area itself had the same food on the ground (that appeared to be fished out of the pool) for 3 days. The

We stayed during Spring Break 2026. We were very happy with the room. It was spacious (we booked a 2 bedroom suite) and felt very clean. The staff was wonderful! The location is great! The amenities were very disappointing. The pool closest to the check in area was shut down the entire time we were there. The other pool area had issues as well. The smallest slide was taped off with construction tape because it was broken. The hot tub was only working one of the nights we were there. We also had to wait 45 minutes for towels to be delivered to the pool area. I am not sure that I would choose to stay here again.

The web description is different from the actual room. It's antiquated. The door to the balcony lock was broke. The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!

Indoor pool needs to be refreshed- new paint, etc. Water in the kids pool was ice cold. Room 206 had som paint & drywall issues near the shower. Overall cleanliness was OK but rooms can use some updating.

Hotel right in the middle of the dells attractions, less than 10 minutes from knuckleheads arcade and outlets! The room was clean and cozy, staff very professional and friendly. No complaints, pool area was great for my toddlers! One section closed downstairs but they had more indoor pools on upper level open! Great experience! Will highly recommend and expect to come back in future!
