「I am not a person that complains or leaves reviews but this one seemed warranted We chose Marriott because, we thought it would be a better standard of cleanliness. And I was truly shocked. There was a lot of bugs. There were bugs on the ceiling, under the bed, in the bed, the bathroom had hair everywhere in the shower and on the floor. 「Checking in took a while no Wi-Fi no outdoor pool only indoor was small not a lot of stuff in it . game room was small no point in spending money The room was clean but when we went to bed got bit by bed bugs my daughter found one and took it to the front desk then management call me but didn't get the call and they forgot about it . I Don't appreciate it . but I would appreciate my discount for having to change rooms and management forgetting about me getting bit by bed bugs . That's gross....
