"Property and rooms were very clean and landscaping was beautiful. In my opinion, the pool n hot tub area could some maintenance or updates but still nice. We ate on site and the food and service were on point!! Front desk staff was wonderful too!! "

"Staff has not one ounce of customer service. We had to greet them not the other way around. Our room was super uncomfortable, our backs hurt from the bed. Will not stay again "

"The building itself was barely maintained. There was no desk staff, only a virtual kiosk. Check-in took longer than normal through the kiosk and the room keys had to be reissued twice. The kiosk and lack of staff on site was a complete fail. I was told I would need to wait 15 minutes for staff to arrive in order to let me in my room. The bed was literally a box spring with no mattress, probably the most uncomfortable bed I've tried to sleep on. The cable TV was inoperative. I could go on but why bother. If they cared they would have corrected these issues already. Never staying at that hotel again."
