Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Shower curtain was stuck together. Bed sheets while washed, had stains from prior customers. Found hairs on tub as well as on floor. TV needed replacement. Few small towels, no toiletries. The pictures from the site are when the hotel first opened- need to be updated. Pool too cold, odd drops from 4 ft to 5 ft drop, little seating. You will hear people outside yelling across the parking lot to each other instead of taking 20 steps to talk a normal voice level. The only plus are the nice staff. Seems like the staff is great, but the ownership does not care about upkeeping the hotel. Decent location, but this hotel should not be in business.

Los cuartos son muy viejos y en muy mal estado, el baño tenía hasta hongos, teniamos 3 noches y solo nos pudiemos quedar la primera noche, buscamos otro lugar donde quedarnos para la segunda y tercera noche dado que era insoportable el olor a mariguana y las condiciones del cuarto No nos quisiero reembolsar, así que no entregamos la llave, cuando fui el último dia a revisar, seguía en las mismas condiciones que lo dejamos, nunca hicieron el servicio ni se preocuparon por nada En verdad espero que nunca nadie se quede en este lugar, está horrible...

Parking was easy. Laundry appeared out of order. Staff were all courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Building is showing some age so cleanliness not perfect.

I was denied the room I paid for for five nights, because I was delayed in my flight. How in the world can you sell the room I Paid for. Not a reservation this was paid for in advance. Told “sorry.” No room for you. NO REFUND. I do not understand this. Clerk was just did lot care, would lot call a manger. Worst experienced I have ever had, and Expedia is useless! 15 years with Expedia, not any more

The room was not clean, originally booked a non smoking room because that's what was available upon arrival my fiancé was asked if we wanted non smoking or a smoking room, he opted for the smoking because we do occasionally smoke, but I wish he would have just done non smoking. The room was nothing like the pictures, it had not been renovated or anything. There was what looked like bullet holes in the wall. Yes could we have asked for a different room, but we were so tired from a long day and we were only staying one night and then traveling back home to Flagstaff we like this will work because we were just sleeping there. I had just got a new chest tattoo and need to wash it off, when I went to use the sink in bathroom area I let the water run for a good 10 mins and the water never got hot or even warm. So I checked the shower, it had hot water so I just took a quick shower to wash it off, but the shower curtain was dirt and the water pressure was horrible. Overall I was very disappointed because I feel like I was mislead by the photos. We didn't get a chance to say anything this morning at check out because we were running late to get back home. I have stayed at plenty of motel 6 hotels and have never stayed in one this dirt. Oh did I mention we had a double bed room and one of the beds had what looked like a few nats on it so we slept on the other one wow, do the mattresses need an upgrade. I feel like they renovated the non smoking rooms and said screw the smoking rooms.

Parking and check in were pretty easy, staff was very friendly. Our room didn't have fridge or microwave (you can select rooms with that option) Sink water went down very slowly. Only issue was from other guests, not the hotel itself. Playing very loud music (after 10:00 PM) from their motorcycles, while the motorcycle was running. They finally left but came back around 2-2:30 in the morning, revving the engines. Overall it's ok if you're only sleeping there. I probably wouldn't spend more than one night at a time. But I've found most motel 6's are the same. I would stay again.

I found a pair of dirty socks in my bed that were left by the previous guest which tells me that my sheets had not been changed since the last person slept there. When I showed the socks to the person at the front desk she offered to give me some clean sheets that I could change myself. The manager sat stone faced listening to my complaint without speaking oup or even making eye contact. This property is without a dought the worst , most run down place I have ever stayed in my life. Motel 6 not only leaves the lights on for you but also leaves the last guests dirty socks in your bed for you as well.

This motel is a great option if you need a cost-effective place to rest your head for the night. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Amenities are pretty limited. I did have some safety concerns as there were people loitering in the parking lot in the afternoon, and there were signs reminding guests to lock their doors at night. Again, it’s fairly priced if you just need a place to rest your head for a night.

Motel 6 franchisee auditing department should not qualify this property under Motel 6 brand. Also, Expedia should not list this hotel in your sales website. It does not bring Expedia positive image. Towel rack in bathroom broken ( looks like for a long time), sink clog , faucet water jet flow like sprinkler, can not be adjusted. I will try AirBNB next time instead of this “ motel 6”.
