「It is a paradise. One of the best place. For the kind of price we see near Barcelona, it is one hour away in a mountain. Everything about this property is amazing, rooms, ambience, swimming pool and the helpful management who kept on messaging me with information and details. I also got prompt response. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply.
