ありがとうございました

到着時に誰もおらず宿には入れないアクシデントはありましたが、スタッフさんも親切でこの価格なのにお風呂などの水回りも綺麗で良かったです。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。 気になった点はちょっとベッドルームが車の臭いっぽいにおいがして気になりました。 わんちゃんがかわいいです。

嵐山へ行くアクセス良好。 行った日に多くの人が宿泊しており、 1つのシャワーを浴びるのに１.５〜２時間かかったのが残念でした。 シャワーがあいたかどうか、わざわざ見に行かなければならなくて面倒でした。

한국어 잘하시는 여자사장님이 운영하시는 아라시야마에 갈 때 걸어갈 수 있는 게스트하우스

대기 질에 민감한 편이어서 오사카에서 출발하여 교토 시내보다 아라시야마에서 잠시 쉬고자 이 호스텔에 예약했는데 대로변에 위치하여 찾기 쉬울 듯했지만, 간판이 숨어있어서 길가는 여학생에게 도움받아 게스트하우스에 도착했습니다. 아라시야마까지 걸어서 갈 수 있고 자전거도 온종일 500엔에 빌릴 수 있다고 합니다. 제 경우에는 침대 매트리스 자체에 냄새가 났습니다. 2층 침대 아래층에 배정되었는데 창을 바라볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 시트를 갈려면 추가비용을 내야 하는 것 같습니다. 교토에서는 2018.10.1일부로 숙박시설에서 도시 세를 징수한다고 하여 입실 전에 800엔을 추가로 지급했습니다. 샤워시설이 수압도 좋고 공간도 넓어 편했습니다. 방에 열쇠 있는 캐비닛이 있어 분실염려 있는 물건 보관하기가 좋습니다. 여자 사장님이 한국어를 잘하시고 친절하게 안내를 잘 해주십니다.

I cannot say enough about Tsubame-ya, the guest house and staff were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend. Personal, genuine welcome, with attentive staff, a real family feel. I felt like I'd been invited to stay in someone's home. We will definitely return to Tsubame-ya x

丁寧な対応

四条や京都駅など中心部からは離れますが、嵯峨嵐山方面にほど近く、市内西部を回るには良い場所です。女性スタッフがとても親切で感じの良い方でよかったです。
