No wonder this property has a great reviews. I was really satisfied with my 5-night stay here. Everything is great from customer service, location and cleanliness. Definitely I’ll come back on my next visit in Kyoto .

The room were pretty dusty especially the humidifier you can see it with bare eyes since white dust on black exterior. I kept on sneezing. The towels are pretty thin too.

The hotel staff was fantastic! The hotel room was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The bathroom and restroom were immaculate, just clean and welcoming. Conveniently located across the street from the Kyoto Station. We relied on the trains to get around, but it also had many walkable restaurants and a convenience store 2 mins around the way. It also had a mall 5 mins to the right. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The value for what you pay was just great. Friendly staff that made you feel at home. They have a pillow bar so you can select your level of comfort, washer/dryer on site for a reasonable price. I had a great view. This is a great place to stay, the toilet was clean, warm, and had all sorts of neat settings. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
