Lovely room in Kyoto. Very spacious for Japan! Really enjoyed the amenities - massage chair, toiletries etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast one night which was decent enough.

station is about a minute walk you can also Shinpukan in 4 minutes. has a lot of hidden bars yet it’s quiet but not too far from tourist destinations.

徒歩圏内に同じホテルの別支店があるのでグーグルマップで探す時に支店名を確認しないと迷子になります。それ以外はとても良かった。

徒歩圏内に何店舗かコンビニがありとても便利。地下鉄からも直ぐですし、バス停も直ぐ近くにありました。ホテルはキレイで静かな雰囲気で良かったです。ロビーにあったコーヒーが一度も飲めず…残念でした。こまめにチェックお願いします。

部屋も特に不満は無かったです。清掃が行き届いていました。あと駅に近く便利でした。周囲にお店が少ないのがマイナスですが、それはホテル自体の問題では無いので‥利用して良かったです。

這個飯店非常滿意👍，離地鐵超近，而且周邊的餐廳都好好吃，很意外找到一家燒烤店真是便宜又好吃，還有一間意外發現營業超過晚上9點真的超貼心，飯店很乾淨而且還有按摩椅太貼心了

酒店位置很好，距離二條城只有一個電車站的距離。步行去二條城也只需要十幾分鐘。附近有很多便利店和食肆，拉麵，唐揚炸雞，和食，和風洋食，你能想到的比較親民的料理基本在酒店附近都有。 酒店大門給人的感覺很高級，客房設施齊全。按摩椅好評。浴室浴缸夠大夠深，完了一天泡個澡，再用按摩椅按一下，真的超級舒服。

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Kyoto
Sehr freundlches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gutes Frühstücksangebot in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und in der Nähe zahlreicher Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

很高興這次選擇這間飯店入住，一大早就將行李寄放在飯店，員工服務友善，雖然下午三點才能入住，但是烏丸御池附近有很多很棒的景點。飯店也距離京都地鐵很近，出站只要一分鐘的距離，如果有行李的旅客，在附近也有電梯設施可以使用，ㄧ出來，過了御池通就會到了。房間設備完善，裡面還有按摩椅，實在太棒了。飯店的備品多樣而且完善，可供遊客選擇。最後一天要退房，剛好颱風要影響關西，員工很貼心地提醒我要小心颱風，讓我倍感溫馨。很高興選了這間飯店入住，如果再訪京都，這間飯店是the best choice!

最喜歡地方：房內有按摩機！ 整個房間都非常新淨，有獨立控制空調。 交通方便，在烏丸御池站1號出口旁邊，有行李只需過馬路便可到3號出口乘電梯上落。

立地の良いホテル
烏丸御池から徒歩数分のところにありとても便利です。 地下鉄で京都駅から行く場合、改札を出てエレベーターを利用すると歩道に出てから道路（御池通）を渡らなくてはなりませんが、階段だと歩道に出てから1、2分で着きます。 数日滞在しましたがフロントの人は挨拶することもなく、愛想のない人が多い印象でした。その分、出入りに 気が楽でしたけど。 部屋には必要なものは全て揃っていて、バスルームも使いやすかったです。 コーヒーや紅茶が1階に置いてあっていつでも飲めるのは嬉しいサービスでした。 京都に行くときはまた利用したいです。

部屋は清潔感がありましたし、バイキング形式の朝食も美味しかったです。 部屋によって違うようですが、私が、宿泊した部屋にはマッサージチェアーが付いていて、薄いタビ型の靴下もサービスで置いてありました。 この靴下が、夏場の足のムレを抑えてくれる優れもので、革靴を履きっぱなしだった日中を快適に過ごすことができました。3泊させて頂きましたが、理由はわかりませんが、中日だけ置いておらず、ちょっと残念でした。
