This place will add a traditional feel to your trip. It's charming from the inside out. It's very clean. The property manager speaks english very well. The bath is amazing, if not a little complicated to figure out. It's perfect after walking all day. It's very charming, and I definitely recommend it.

It's rare that a property exceeds your expectations. Usually the photos look much better than the actual place. That was not the case here. Maybe not as close to sorted as some places but it was worth it for a quality place at a very reasonable price

A beautiful traditional Kyoto house, in a quiet neighbourhood. Very well located, walking distance from Kiyomizu dera and bus stops. With plenty of space and great facilities, including a very helpful smartphone that you can use all around Kyoto.

Best accommodation. Superb

Absolutely awesome find. Complete townhouse in quiet residential street but with a shop nearby, bus stop close, subway close and restaurants nearby. We loved it. Kitchen, two bathrooms, lounge, two bedrooms. Cant speak highly enough of it. Even if it was more expensive it would still be worth it.

Fint hus med typiska japanska detaljer, mycket fräscht och bra utrustad. Nära till sevärdheter men ändå i ett tyst område. Det enda nackdelen är att det inte fanns manualer på engelska till varmvattnet, men det gick att lösa då vi kunde lite japanska. :)

Fräsch hus med bra faciliteter. Nära till sevärdheter och nöje fast det var lugnt och tyst område. Enda nackdelen är att det saknas bruksanvisning till varmvattnet, tur att vi kunde lite japanska. :)

Stor lägenhet belägen i ett supermysigt bostadsområde i Kyoto. Väldigt fräsch och nyrenoverad. Går att boka för fyra personer (två sängar + två futoner) men vi fyra sov alla i sängarna då de två sängarna var ca 140 cm breda. Två väldigt fräscha toaletter, tvättmaskin och utrustat kök. Vi fick checka in hela tre timmar innan incheckingstiden vilket var helt fantastiskt.
