Everything was perfect and as expected! Please keep in mind that the rooms are small, but that is expected in the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and conveniently located near 7/11, and the Tambaguchi Station. They have a public onsen, but I didn’t get the chance to use it since I have tattoos (I want to respect and be courteous of policies). We had booked other Ryokan and Hotel accommodations to visit other areas, so S-Peria was our main hotel to hold the majority of our belongings, and to also go back to after visiting other areas outside of Kyoto. Thank you to all the staff at S-Peria Hotel Kyoto.

Comfortable beds, a really nice bathroom and shower! Easy to take transit from here, close to trains and buses! Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. Staff were super welcoming.

Super nice hotel - very comfortable bed. Fluffy pillows and duvet. Breakfast has great options with continental and Japanese selection of foods. Also free onsen type public bath that works until 1am is a blessing after long explorative walks in Kyoto. Really good connections to public transport - bus (several stops less than 5min walk) and 10min walk to train station. plenty of dining options walkable distance and several grocery stores around.

Great hotel and services

Great hotel which includes a public spa for patrons. Close to convenient stores, supermarket, pharmacy and station. One slight downside is that it's a little far from the main attractions.

A wonderful 3 nights here. If we ever go to Kyoto again, we will definite stay here again! Great facilities, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great location with a station and some really tasty and affordable places to eat nearby. Very well run hotel.

We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Despite a large road outside, you couldn't hear anything from inside the hotel. All areas were modern and well maintained. Tambaguchi station was just over the road for trips into central Kyoto, and various buses also stopped nearby. Good selection of breakfast items. The only downside was no wardrobe or drawers for clothes, but we made do.

Very Good Hotel. I like the bath room inside the room. The design combined with some Japanese's tradition, and the facticity is modern. The accessibility is great, near bus stop and railway.

Great experience!

Room service was outstanding. They provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay at their hotel. It was very quiet despite being very close to a busy road. The price was very reasonable. I will make this my hotel of choice when staying in Kyoto again.

The S-Peria Hotel Kyoto was a very comfortable stay for us and our friends. The accomodations are small and efficient, but the beds are very soft (almost too soft). The highlight of the hotel is the public onsen, which is free to use and in superb condition with separate quarters for men and women to enjoy. Breakfast was also good and there is a large lobby with table to hang out with friends. The limiting factor for this hotel is that it is not located close to any of the main attractions in Kyoto and it is relatively difficult/long to take transit from here to these locations without walking 15-20 minutes to the rail/bus stop.
