Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, just a short walk to multiple train stations. The hotel had everything I needed, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great service. I came at 12:35 AM in the morning due to bullet train issues but the worker there answered the phone when I called and reassured me that is was okay. The worker was there when I arrived and was very accommodating even at 1 in the morning! So awesome. I roomed with 3 people and it was plenty of room and the showers feel great. Thank you M's Hotel! I until next time

We stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately, we felt as though the hotel was very loud with other guests (not the hotels fault but something to note). The hotel staff were friendly - we had minimal interactions other then checking in and out.

This hotel is near to the main attractions. For example you can reach Gion district, Kyoto Castle by foot. A traditional market is next to the hotel too. The room is small, but so are the majority of hotel rooms in Japan. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here.
