Very clean property to stay in a quiet spot in Kyoto near Fushimi Inari. Very comfy room with laundry and a small kitchen. Toiletries are provided including sleepwear.

Nice rooms. Only thing as a tourist is Was a bit out of the way from things to do but close to train line and not far from Kyoto main station so wasn’t much of an issue for us. Clean and tidy room, fairly hard bed if that’s a concern to you

The hotel is very small and in a semi-rural area of Kyoto. However there is a 7-eleven situated literally across the road from it, making it a little bit more convenient. The staff and service were excellent. The free amenities were excellent. The room had a washing machine, drying machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Everything you need for a trip. Overall 5 stars.

Wonderfully new and clean. Very reasonably priced, and the room included a kitchenette and a washer and dryer!!
About ten minutes away from Fushimi Inari Shrine. We visited around 10 at night, and we had the place almost completely to ourselves
