チェックイン・チェックアウトの際フロントスタッフの感じがとても良かったです。朝食は別のところで食べる予定でしたがお勧め上手でホテルでいただくなりとても美味しかったです。

臨機応変な対応してよ‼️

ツインの部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドの寝心地が違っていた、エレベーター内が暗くボタンの表示が見にくかった、雨が降っていて車を取りに行く為、傘を借りようとお願いしましたが、有りません‼️と言う返事で何か違う言葉は無かったのか腹が立ちました‼️

快適なホテル

喫煙可の部屋でも臭くなかった。 DAIKINの空気清浄機もいいですね。エアコンもよく効いてました。このホテルは部屋を出る時にキーカードを抜いても電灯のみ消えて空調は消えません、コレは大きいサービスだと思います。
