"I’ve stayed 2 nights with my parents, for one room and my wife and me, for another. My parents are in their 80s. Very traditional Japanese. I was a bit concerned a modern style (western bedding for example) and considered a Ryokan first. But they enjoyed the most!! Anyway I definitely hope to come back this hotel again. The location is excellent, you can enjoy both touristic and merge into the real local people’s life. One top of that, the hotel staff is super friendly and kind. I bet this is the hotel for your next Kyoto experience.
