"I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Staff are extremely kind and were able to answer any questions I had. The hotel is extremely clean and has excellent standards. There is more than enough amenities and it truly felt as if we were at a resort. We aren’t typically the type of people who pay for hotel breakfast but in this instance we did and felt that it was worth it. There was a lot of variety and they offer complimentary snacks during certain times of the day. Location is also excellent, about an 8 min walk to Kyoto station and a couple of minutes from the bus stop. We will definitely be back whenever we are returning to Kyoto. "
