This hotel is not suitable for family as the room is so small for 4 people to be cramped into one room. No elevator provided and very unsuitable for elderly especially if you stay in level 2. No window provided, thus 4 people staying in the room is suffocating. Sound proof is also bad. You can also hear every word from the next room, abd it turns bad when people talk too loud and baby cries... The worst part is bad smell coming from the toilet. Even though the toilet is clean but the smell is so terrible, may be due to lack of ventilation. The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is in the centre of town.

No Water Supply

For the 2 days we stayed in this hotel, we had problem with the water supply. First day, we were lucky as water stop supplying only after we showered. We informed the staff and left for tour around the city. Came back late afternoon was told that the men still fixing the water pipe, so had to wait about 15 mins before able to use the toilet again. 2nd day, it happened again in the late morning but they fixed it again. However staffs were helpful, friendly and polite.

Good location and value for money!

This hotel is just a stone throw away from Pasar Payang and Chinatown. You can also walk to the bus terminal to take the tourist bus to Crystal Mosque, Terengganu Museum, Floating Mosque, etc. Very affordable price, which makes it suitable for people transitting from/to nearby Redang/Lang Tengah/Perhentian island. The only bad thing is that there is no elevator in the hotel. You have to carry the luggage yourself.

Good cost performance

Convenient location for spending time We stayed in this hotel just to take a rest for 5 hours in order to wait for flight, therefore we selected cheaper price. It was good hotel for cheaper price and there are some eating and shopping places.
