It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. The only negative point is that everywhere is so cold( air conditioning at max) and no selection of fruits at breakfast. Just a few fruits, diced and scarce. This country is the paradise of fruits , coconuts and bananas so they should have more

The resort is beautiful, quiet and well situated as a beach resort. Ample parking space. We didn't like that some hotel guests parked their vehicles on pedestrian walkway that hindered a smooth walk from the parking areas to the hotel.

From the moment we check in, environment is superb. Stunning sea view. Everyone welcomes you with smile. Check in was Fast and easy. Then you’ll start to notice flies flying around and there’s whole lots of them. Not in normal mode. According to staffs, it’s seasonal. I think it’s geographical, perhaps some farm and something nearby. They provide fly swatter in the room, we were greeted by 7 flies inside. Operation fly hunt begins. I’m okay. But my wife was quite disgusted. Especially during breakfast time. Other than this, everything is superb. Swimming pool is amazing. Kids pool terrific. Although the one with small water park is quite dirty. Slides are fantastic. Suitable for children and adult. Sunset is amazing. We had one of the best sunset moment here.

Beautiful hotel with lots of activities.

The hotel is built beautifully. Lots of activities around and the activities court are well maintained. There’s the beach, golf course and pools! The pool area is big and very kid friendly! It’s a family pool with slides and stuff! The room is nice with actually really good toiletries. The ONLY unpleasant thing was the the room had a lot of flies! And I think it’s normal and unavoidable. The room came with fly swatter that the hotel advised us to use! Which I found fun but also after getting rid of a lot of flies it was a bit yuck.

Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved further especially the toilet. Service of the hotel team is excellent. We took the dinner package. On our second night dinner the ramadhan buffet hardly had anything non spicy for my 5yo. So i requested a fried egg and the manager and chef went above and beyond to accommodate it. They even prepared additional 1 food item for my kids. Thumbs up to the team! The hotel is located far from town. So it’s best to take the dinner package together. Dinner can be buffet dinner or hotpot buffet. Food is good generally. There are a lot of monkeys around the hotel. Need to be extra careful as we were almost attacked by a monkey while walking to the beach at the staircase near swimming pool. The hotel staff then told us best to use the other route near the Makan Kitchen at the centre to the beach as there are no trees nearby and safer. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Family with kids would definitely enjoy the pools!

Booked for 1 night for family trip. The service is the best. The staffs are very friendly. Food is very good. Room was nice. The view from room also is very nice; sea view.

Nice room but not so ok environment

The room is nice. The pool area too crowded as i went during school holidays. Flies are also all over the place at the restaurant. The Hotpot restaurant is expensive considering the offering.

Newly furbished hotel. Great and wonderful. The only regret is the fly. It is due to chicken farms which are not within the hotel mgmt control My suggestions is to install fly zapper with blue UV light which can reduce the fly significantly

Pleasant stay

Room was clean, love that they provided robes and slippers. We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and seem happy to help with any requests. Breakfast buffet was really good, enjoyed the teh tarik a lot, they showed the brand they used but i didn't snap a picture so I don't remember. They tried to keep the buffet clean by constantly wiping the spills/mess. However the roti canai station was nor properly staffed. Kudos to the young man manning it at one point, all by himself while having to serve eggs and other things too. There is limited beach area but it is clean. There was an Indian guy helping with the bags when we got in and he also helped when we left, he was great, i forgot his name. Love the pool, seeing those monkeys on the resort ground, and that view of P.Pangkor, with the Navy's ships - I could wake up everyday to that and the teh tarik. Will be back if we are in the country again.

A)Property is not wheelchair friendly. Movement lobby to rooms ok, but not to eateries or any other location on site. (B)Too many flies everywhere, 5 star resort but flies are at eateries and in rooms. Rooms are provided with fly swats so go figure. (C) Maid service is terrible, the mugs and glasses are not even washed. Only replaced bedsheets, towels etc general cleaning if requested. (D) Room amenities such as toothbrush/paste, shaver, towels, face towels for 3rd person also not provided, need to request although the establishment knew rooms are for 3 pax and advertised as such. (E) Property only have 2 eatery and lounge. Not enough to cater at full capacity. How good the food are it is hampered by the annoying flies that can be found everywhere. (F) Seaside resort but limited beach access. Can’t really explore the beachfront after 7pm and is gated and locked.(G) No free wifi. Available at premium cost which is unacceptable. Room rate is RM701/night. 5 star property should provide ample security to able patrons to enjoy the private beach. Stayed for 2 nights which was 2 night too long, property demands premium rental but only provide subgrade service. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here until property settle the fly problem, provide adequate staff and security. Free wifi etc etc.

An dem Hotel ist eigentlich alles super. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass man die Nutzung von Handys und Tablets mit Lautsprechern in dem Hotel (Restaurant, Pool, Lounge) verbieten sollte, da es Gäste gibt, die absolut gar keine Rücksicht auf ihr Umfeld nehmen.

ルムのバスターミナル付近からタクシーで向かいました。 40分位かかりましたので想像していたよりも遠かったのですが、到着したら絶景のビーチリゾートで大変楽しめました。また、ホテルには、猿などの野生動物が生息しており、屋外で食事をしているとひやっとすることがありましたが、その都度、警備員さんが水鉄砲などで追い払ってくださっており、今では懐かしい想い出です。
