「Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Pool. Es war alles sauber und neu und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag möchte ich persönlich anmerken, dass im Bad eine Tür oder Vorhang vor der Dusche nützlich wäre, da sonst alles nass wird. 「Very old-fashioned apartment, photos do not corespond with reality. Very poor equipment in the kitchen, even no knife for cut bread or vegetable. Bed very noisy, every movement at the bed makes nosie. Very tiny walls, you can hear everything from the room next to you. But nice pool and helpful staff.」

「It was a lovely stay, the staff were lovely, very friendly and kind. Bus stop 3 is a short walk which was very handy. You can get the bus from the airport to the place. Saves a lot of money instead of a taxi.」

「Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.」

「This is a great hotel for a nice quiet getaway. Always opt for the all inclusive. It is worth it. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Eg: vodka was circo and we also had 120 euro...

「Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.」
