"No pool,"

"Close by, convenient to be able to ride the shuttle back and forth. It was difficult getting back on the shuttle at night. Guests are not courtesy and want to cut line and try to jump in front of you after you have been waiting. I did go to guest services and complain. We had very noisey guest beside of us the entire stay. The toilet ran and I notified them, they don’t nothing about it. There was also a dirty bandaid left on the ledge of the shower. I asked for it to be cleaned, they said they would and they did not."

"The rooms was excellent and very clean. The staff was great and the water park was so much fun !! Lots of fun things to do for the kids. We loved it "

"Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "

"The room was very nice, clean and the hotel is in a good location. The only issue was the location of the elevator. It was not very convenient and the lobby has no restrooms."

"The river was peaceful, there was geese and ducks in the parking lots that were a joy to see. The hotel rooms were clean and so was the pool. The breakfast was soooo good. "

"I have stayed here many times. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. All the rooms have balconies over the river. I did have a little issue with the room key not working, but they took care of that promptly."
