「1)Impolite from swimming pool staff and chef at breakfast restaurant 2)No take care of luggage by Concierge 3)room service always ask me to call others for my need 4)house keeping a mess 5)insufficient staff for check-in counter 6)no help at the entrance for picking up the luggage, actually no staff at all! This doesn't deserve a 5-star grade hotel!!!!」

「特別好入睡的柔軟大床, 六個枕頭軟硬大小都滿足, 對我來說最棒的是充足的梳妝光綫/沐浴洗手台超大水量/吹風機風量夠大/全身鏡也大. 早餐用餐區有室内與泳池畔, 氣氛特別好, 選擇豐富! 泳池適合大人及小孩放鬆. 必須稱贊, 因爲其中一日我們行程6:30必須離開飯店, 而早餐同一時間才營業, 我們提前向櫃檯提出需求, 請幫忙準備盒裝早餐, 飯店非常樂意協助, 每份早餐有火腿起士三明治/可頌/蘋果派/新鮮蘋果2顆/100%蘋果汁, 真是貼心又滿足」

「Overall experience was very good. Location was superb, just next to the beach. But the hotel is under renovation and is extremely noisy during the day, and from the reception confirmed the work will last till April next year. Apart from this others were good! 」
