The staff are very friendly and helpful! And made check in very easy which is amazing after a long flight! The room was clean and really nice and the bed was comfortable not too soft and not too hard! The swimming pool is nice and clean and refreshing in the heat, the room was cleaned every day and anytime during the day! We didn’t try the food but we did get drinks while at the pool they do a good iced latte! Would stay here again

Was a large room with flat screen tv, kettle, wifi, fridge and microwave. Food available from room service. friendly staff. Room was also quiet which can be a problem in some hotels in Pattaya. Nice pool, plenty of parking and a nice location. Hopefully 711 will open a shop nearer to the hotel as it's a bit of a walk to the nearest ATM.

I come every year to this hotel and really like the rooms. The location is ideal for being in walking distance to the main nightlife but far enough away from loud music at night. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and made my stay enjoyable and worthwhile.
