Staff was attentive and welcoming. New management has taken over and they are hard at work on improving the Hotel. Mattress is hard as Fock but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a budget friendly place

The staff is Awesome here. I believe they are under new management and they are slowly but surely cleaning up the resort. I actually stayed here for a month and do not regret staying here. The Staff is very welcoming and helpful,the kitchen recently expanded the menu for lunch and dinner and I must say those ladies can cook.Lots of restaurants, bakery, grocery stores.Train Resort is a budget friendly and the people who stayed here are fantastic. I would definitely stay again

Place is in the middle of nowhere… not even a 7 eleven to walk to… water spit out black for days … advertised spa and steam room broken indefinitely. …staff rude when I complained about mud water. This place is cheap but it is in East Bum F- . I like the outdoor searing areas and pool but overall thumbs down

Did not like anything about the place.we have never been in a rundown hotel , with such a dirty room and a bathroom which you would not go in.stayed 1 night and moved to another hotel for the rest of out trip.

Many things needed repair pool was broken many place spa close 15 days nothing change staff was compreensive but they put drink in the freezer at the beggining and never sayd we ad to pay for them at the end they tell you you have to pay the drink from the beggining lucky they did not charge me for toilet papper asphalt going to te resort was a lot damage hole everywhere dangerous to drop with bike outside the resort ceramic tile all wet i drop on the floor heading to get my grab food hearting my shoulder and foot could have been worst they did not dry the tile for 3 days left that slipy like it was full of flowers falling from tree batroom drain was so dirty i think they did not clean it for 5 years straight the only good thing about the resort is that they dont border you with anything if you want a quiet place with no service go train resort

Stay away find different resort dirty pools

Very bad hotel . Beds are hard as a rock . Restaurant staff are lazy . Open at 900 am no place tells you when open or closed . It also closes at 400 pm so forget about getting f a dinner . They tell you to pay dept for room key of 500baht . Then there is no one around to check out tilll 900am . So you either leave with out dept or late for your plane or meetings you have . Forget staff specking English . Staff very rood . Except the cleaning staff . Allso the information on the website for wheelchair access is all lies . No rooms are wheelchair access safety. I checked in at 10 00.pm and it took 1 1/2 hours to get them to find wood and blocks to build myself a ramp . Front desk lady was to busy with her drunken husband or boyfreind to help . . I was not pleased with this so called resort .

ราคาย่อมเยา ติดถนนใหญ่ ที่จอดรถสะดวกเพียงพอ มีสระว่ายน้ำ สนามกอล์ฟขนาดเล็ก อาหารเช้าจัดเป็นชุดมาให้ มีข้าวผัดไก่,ไข่ดาวไส้กรอกแฮม,ขนมปังปิ้งเนยแยม,ชากาแฟ ถือว่าคุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป ห้องพักขนาดกระทัดรัด แอร์เย็น น้ำไหลแรง แต่ห้องน้ำแคบไม่เหมาะกับคนตัวใหญ่ ใครจะมาพักที่นี้แนะนำให้เตรียมผ้าเช็ดตัวมาด้วย ของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า เนื้อผ้าไม่ซับน้ำ มีเศษฝ้ายขุยๆติดตามตัว และเตรียมผ้าห่มมาด้วย ชุดเครื่องนอนของโรมแรมค่อนข้างเก่า เตียงแข็งเหมือนเตียงฝึกร.ด.
