「Beautiful Beach View 」

「Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. 」

「The room was not freshed up, it felt dirty in away. I'm a house keeper, so I noticed the small things. The staff was great ! The room was very spacious, But the best was the view.」

But if you are looking for a nostalgic place with everything you need for a relaxing stay with a beautiful view. You can't go wrong.」
