Please have a nice view before the price that you pay. Definitely not what you expect by what you see on pictures walls were unpainted mold around the lamp or dirtiness on the sheets hair on the refrigerator. Definitely won’t be going back here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a great view, but it smelled a little musty. Probably because it's a carpeted place and the coast is often wet. There was a mini fridge but it didn’t have a freezer section for our ice packs to keep baby formula cold the next day. The tub in the living room has a great view and was very large but the jets didn’t work. The bedroom was very spacious (enough room for our pack n play) and the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool was old but fine. The water was a good temperature and the front desk gave you towels. In all, I liked this place because of the location, the view, the size and components of the room, and the front desk staff.

Window cranks broken, fell out of wall. No way to lock window and on ground level. Outlet covered in blue tap assume not working. Room lock difficult to opperate. Hot tub with several missing tiles. Staff wonderful.

The bed was probably 20 years old. The carpet was so disgusting and stained I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. The bath tub was so dirty the bottom of it was black and the hair build up in the drain was at least from multiple stays. I refused to use it. Ultimately I only stayed because I could get another room somewhere else but I woke up and left at 4am because the room was so awful.

Beautiful view from the room problem was is that there wasn’t one of us one of the guest slept on the floor because there was no bed in the room. It wasn’t the room that I told I was getting. I was told I was getting two rooms with the kitchenette and refrigerator, but it’s not a refrigerator. It’s not what I expected. It was a little walk and we went deep-sea fishing where we supposed to put our fish. They’re supposed to be a big freezer. They were supposed to be a place to cook there was nothing. The only good thing about the maids never showed up every day had to go and get our had to go and pick up our towels and ask for the toilets plugged up every single day sometimes twice a day other than that the only thing good about the stay was that it was I think the best thing was the view and it was above the beach. That’s the only thing it had going for it other than that the maids didn’t speak. English had an interpreter couldn’t interpret. They tried they tried, but they couldn’t. The toilet kept backing up sometimes twice a day at night they close at 11 o’clock nobody’s there and how are you gonna get the toilet unplugged so you sit there all night with it just wasn’t worth the money I paid when I stay there again probably not. Will I use you again probably not cause I don’t like doing that you know I like paying for what I got and I don’t think I deserve that

The ocean view is the only thing that made the stay somewhat enjoyable. Cleaning crew did not clean much of anything and room smelled like a gym. Hot tub was cloudy and barely warm at best.
