「Beautiful Beach View 」

「Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. 」

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「The staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist with any questions. As usual, the room was wonderful, spacious, with comfy chairs to enjoy the ocean view or the TV. The fireplace heater is just what these old bones need. Plenty of parking in the lot.」
