"Friendly staff, but management’s cost-cutting will be this establishment’s detriment. The rooms receive room service every 3 days, your towels have to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones, the only working area of the theme park was the lazy river, pool, and hot tub, which was reportedly yellow. You bring your own towels to the theme park. I always saw the restaurant closed but it opened for breakfast, with the free breakfast consisting of whole boiled eggs, bread for toast, cereal, biscuits, and small cups for apple or orange juice and coffee. Fellow vacationers attempted to file a complaint with management due to issues like the theme park not being open, the laundry room not being open, the hot tub water being yellow, etc but they were told to leave contact info because management was not on the property. I won’t be returning or recommending. "
